A redesign or staging enhancement of your home is an excellent way to help your home sell itself. It should be the first step you take as you prepare your home for a realtors visit. You live in your house one way, yet when you are selling a home it needs to reflect new perspective owners interests- whoever they may be. Potential buyers must be allowed to visualize themselves living happily within its walls. A trained Re-Design/Staging Professional gives you the results you need to make that all important first impression.

Decorating and Re-design specifically for Open Houses/ and Model Homes available

Our home consultations include a very thorough walk through of your home beginning at the curb. With a trained eye we go room by room, making recommendations for a best first impression. We provide you with a very detailed analysis and checklist as well as clever design suggestions you can put into play to let your homes best features come forward. We will offer suggestions and advice on specific decor choices, flow, furniture placement, purging and editing belongings and any repairs that should be completed.

$350 up too 3500 to 4000 sq. ft. ( $100 per 1000sq, ft or by job for above 4000sq. ft)

After an initial consultation and a thorough walk through much like above, we will come and re-design your rooms for showing to potential buyers and realtors. A Re-Design of your rooms including your critical first impression areas will help you start the purging, packing and de-cluttering process which will then allow buyers to see its full potential. When finished your home will be completely re-designed and staged for a quicker real estate sale.

We will walk with you through your new home or be there when the movers leave to help you unpack and settle in so that from the beginning the new place feel just like home. We can help with Furniture placement, organization, paint and decorating choices, accessory and furniture purchases even coordinate and set up your housewarming party!
